Outside the Box Music

Outside the Box Music was launched in 2006 and is the creative outlet of Dutchman Eelke Kleijn. Besides being a homebase for his own productions, Outside the Box Music aims to release quality music from upcoming as well as established producers. In terms of music the label honours its name. The focus lies on funky, groovy music; be it tech house, progressive house, minimal or any other label you would like to put on it.

The first release on Outside the Box did extremely well. The ‘Monkey Puzzle EP’ by Nick Hogendoorn and Eelke Kleijn received support from Hernan Cattaneo, Shane Johnson (Fish Go Deep), Jondi, Frederik (Pako & Frederik), Moshic, Piece Process, Fred Numf, Chloe Harris, J-Punch and many others. It reached the 4^th position in the well known Balance Record Pool and the 11^th Position in the Release Promo Chart.
